Using the Survey123 App:

Step One: Download the Survey123 App

​

To download the app for iOS, click here.

To download the app for Android, click here.

Step Two: Setting up the App

Once you open the app, you will be given the option to sign in. This is optional, and you can continue without signing in by clicking the bottom option.

The app will request access to your location and camera. Only 'location while using the app' is necessary for our survey - you can deny camera access.

​

Step Three: Adding our survey to the app

​

Click here to open the survey, it will prompt you to 'open the survey' in the app.

​

You can then fill in a report (or close this survey if you are setting up the app for the first time). The survey will save onto your device, and you can continue to access it through the app.

(Note: if you uninstall the app at any point, you will have to redo these steps to add the survey onto your app again)
